TRM Series Horizontal Ribbon Mixer | Efficient Convective Homogenization for Solid-Solid and Solid-Liquid Applications
This machine is specifically designed for convective mixing of powders with powders and powders with liquids, achieving a high degree of material homogeneity in a short time. The U-shaped/O-shaped vessel, combined with a double- or triple-layer spiral ribbon mixing structure, creates bidirectional internal and external convection—the outer ribbons push materials from both ends toward the center, while the inner ribbons move central materials toward both ends. This continuous cycle ensures dead-zone-free mixing and outstanding finished-product uniformity.
