Our pin mill adopts an opposing pin-disc grinding structure, achieving size reduction through an efficient high-speed impact and shear collision mechanism:

1. The material enters the grinding zone between the rotor pin disc and the stator pin disc through the feed hopper and is propelled by centrifugal force.

2. The rotor can reach a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm, generating high-intensity relative motion with the fixed stator to repeatedly impact, shear, and grind the material.

3. Particle size can be precisely controlled through rotor speed, pin-disc clearance, and feed rate. The screen-free design eliminates screen clogging, while the unique air-cooling structure effectively reduces temperature rise, making it suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
