Product Overview
The rapid granulator, also known as a conical mill, conical milling granulator, or cone mill, is an ideal piece of equipment for granulation processes in the pharmaceutical, food, health supplement, chemical, fertilizer, building materials, and metallurgical industries. It can process wet powder into uniform granules and crush dry lump materials to the required particle size. The equipment is fitted with both round-hole and square-hole screens, with mesh sizes that can be flexibly adjusted. The screens are easy to install and remove, and their tension can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different processes for granule size and shape.
Working Principle
This machine uses a motor to directly drive the high-speed rotation of the granulating screen, while the granulating blade remains stationary. After entering the granulating chamber through the feed inlet, the material is thrown against the chamber wall by the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating granulating screen. Larger particles are sheared, rubbed, and crushed by the fixed blades, while finished granules meeting the required particle size are rapidly discharged through the screen openings, enabling a continuous and efficient granulating process.
