The TDP Heavy-Duty Coarse Crusher is specifically designed for difficult-to-process materials such as roots and rhizomes, vines, bundled forage, and animal tissues. Combining powerful performance with efficient operation, it readily handles coarse crushing and shredding pretreatment in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, feed, and other industries. The discharged particles are uniform and well-shaped, with extremely low fine powder generation, providing a high-quality foundation for subsequent processes.
Working Principle
Material enters the crushing chamber through the feed hopper. The moving and fixed knives work in precise coordination to achieve rapid crushing through the combined action of shearing and impact. Qualified particles are discharged through the screen, and different screen apertures can be used to flexibly control the output particle size. The entire process is stable and smooth, with ample capacity and minimal fine powder.
