1. Advanced Grinding Technology
Raw materials are fed through the hopper into the feed screw and then enter the grinding chamber. Strong shearing and impact forces are generated by the high-speed rotating grinding disc and toothed ring. Materials that reach the required fineness are selected by the classifier wheel and collected through negative-pressure suction by the cyclone separator and bag filter; materials that do not meet the requirement continue to be ground in the chamber until qualified.

2. Wear-Resistant Core Components
The grinding blades and toothed ring are made of imported DC53 or SKD11 die steel, offering high hardness and excellent wear resistance. This significantly extends the service life of wear parts and reduces replacement frequency and maintenance costs.

3. Imported Bearings and Dynamic Balancing
The bearing system uses imported maintenance-free SKF bearings. The rotor undergoes overall dynamic balancing, ensuring stable operation of the complete machine with low vibration and noise for long-term reliable performance.

Narrow particle size distribution and excellent finished product uniformity.

• The fineness of crystalline and brittle materials can reach 500~800 mesh;

• The fineness of fibrous materials, such as Chinese herbal medicines, can reach 60~200 mesh.

5. Convenient Maintenance Design
The main unit upper cover can optionally be equipped with gas spring-assisted opening, allowing unobstructed cleaning and inspection of internal components for labor-saving and efficient operation.

6. Temperature Control and Protection for Heat-Sensitive Materials
Equipped with a fan to continuously discharge accumulated heat from the machine during grinding; an optional cold air unit can reduce the discharge temperature to below 15℃, making it particularly suitable for grinding heat-sensitive materials.

During operation, the required finished product fineness can be quickly achieved without stopping the machine by adjusting the classifier speed or air volume, providing flexible adaptation to different production requirements.
