The roller compactor dry granulation process is a dry granulation method that compacts fine powder into a dense ribbon via two counter-rotating precision rollers, then sizes the ribbon into uniform granules. Our LG series optimizes the full dry granulation roller compaction workflow:

1. Vacuum Feeding:

Controlled hydraulic pressure compacts powder into a consistent solid ribbon
