This machine is a core process equipment for solid dosage form production lines, integrating mixing and granulation functions. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other industries. It is suitable for tablets, capsule granules, granules for oral solutions, and food granulation.
Working Principle
Materials are fed into the mixing vessel in a closed manner via a lifting feeder or vacuum feeding system. Driven by a specially designed mixing paddle, the materials flow under multidimensional shear conditions to achieve rapid and uniform mixing. The binder is then precisely introduced through a spray gun atomization system (or manually). Under the combined action of the mixing paddle and high-speed chopper, the materials rapidly agglomerate into uniform, dense wet granules. The finished granules are discharged through the outlet and seamlessly transferred to the next process.
