This machine is mainly suitable for solid dosage form production processes in the pharmaceutical industry. It can be used in conjunction with equipment such as wet mixing granulators, fluidized-bed granulators, and coating machines to enable clean-in-place (CIP) functions. It is also widely applicable to cleaning applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries.
Working Principle
This equipment consists of a pump station system, cleaning system, control system, and other components. During operation, connect the cleaning components to the cleaning point interfaces of the associated equipment to complete the pre-cleaning preparations. Cleaning programs can be preset according to process requirements. After confirmation, the equipment automatically cleans the inner surface of the chamber according to the set program. In addition, an external high-pressure water gun can be connected, allowing operators to manually clean the external surfaces and accessories of the equipment within the cleaning area. After cleaning, the equipment can be put into standby use after drying.
